TVNF Partnership with MK College helping young offenders get their first qualifications in the building trade.

TVNF has had a long history of working with Milton Keynes College. A decade ago, we were residents in their business hub, and we went on a 6-month programme which helped position our brand for future success as established the brand name “The Video News Factory”.
We worked on various promotions and also hosted a student for 6 months of work experience. We recently completed a series of 20 videos for Austella, a leading virtual reality training solutions provider for their client ‘First Step Trust’, a charity that helps young offenders. The project combined videos filmed and edited, used together with a new virtual training service that helped them to train young offenders to learn about the building trade and gain their ‘green card’, whilst in detention.
To make the videos authentic, Milton Keynes was able to get some of their student to a building site to enact key scenes. A case of students helping fellow students and a great success!

JP Allard, Founder and Managing Director of TVNF commented:
“When TVNF started in 2010, we soon realised the hardest challenge was getting business owners who are always under time pressure free to be filmed, and this led to the founding of the company, where we used professional presenters to appear on their behalf. This still took significant time, and the costs were always an issue. When I met Doriel, we soon realised we could use her experience and our rich media expertise to reinvent the entire process and solve the many shortcomings that alternative AI methods have. Our combined proven expertise will be instrumental in taking TVNF’s AI initiatives to the next level.”
